Clients agree to:
Delays caused by missing information, approvals, access, or client decisions may affect project timelines and performance.
Adstaze may manage campaigns on platforms including Meta and Google. Clients understand that advertising platforms are third-party services and that their policies, algorithms, costs, targeting options, account restrictions, and availability may change at any time.
Adstaze does not guarantee that advertising accounts, campaigns, ads, or content will be approved, remain active, or achieve any particular performance level.
Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta or Google is separate from Adstaze's service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Clients are responsible for maintaining sufficient advertising budget and valid payment methods for their advertising accounts.
Clients agree to pay all fees according to the payment terms communicated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Adstaze may pause work or access to services if required payments are overdue, subject to the applicable agreement.
Adstaze works toward improving measurable marketing and business growth outcomes. However, results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, offer quality, advertising budget, sales processes, response times, pricing, customer experience, and business operations.
No specific number of leads, appointments, patients, sales, revenue, return on advertising spend, or profit is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
Adstaze may use artificial intelligence and automation technologies for research, content creation, creative development, analysis, workflows, and operational processes.
AI-generated outputs may require human review and approval. Adstaze does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always be completely accurate, original, or error-free.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Adstaze retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, strategies, systems, templates, processes, methodologies, know-how, and internal materials.
Client-owned materials, including trademarks, logos, photographs, business information, and other assets supplied by the client, remain the property of the client or their respective owners.
Both parties should take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information shared during an engagement. Confidential information should not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties except where required to provide the agreed services or comply with applicable law.
Adstaze may use third-party software and services including advertising platforms, hosting providers, CRM systems, analytics tools, communication platforms, AI services, and automation tools.
Adstaze is not responsible for outages, policy changes, technical failures, account restrictions, pricing changes, or other issues caused by third-party platforms.
Content published on the Adstaze website is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Any specific liability limitations applicable to a paid engagement may be further defined in the written agreement between Adstaze and the client.
Either party may terminate a service engagement according to the cancellation and termination terms specified in the applicable agreement.
Adstaze may suspend or terminate services where there is a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, misuse of services, unlawful activity, or conduct that creates significant risk to Adstaze or its partners.
